Kit notes:
3.3 lb can light LME
1lb corn sugar
1ld rice syrup solid
2 gal water in brew pot. seemed 2.. was too much in the alumni brew pot.
Bittering hops added at 15 min..not 45. goal was to reduce buttering hops level but have aroma.
Added an old bag of 1oz giggle as a dry hop at 5 mun to end of boil.
Started yeast about an hour earlier. Used a mix of 2parts water and one part wort. one hour was not enough time to confirm activity.
